Amazing value for money with spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, and comfortable bed. The location was great, with the staff suggesting and guiding us to the nearby blowholes. Special thanks to the blonde receptionist for the wonderful recommendation.

nothing we had the worst motel experience ever and want our money back,the traffic was so loud we hardly slept, first of all we had not much privacy as there walls were that thin we could here kids next door talking,their was a door through to the other room next door,which the kids kept trying to open all night,the only heater i the place was in the bathroom and didnt work, it was very cold, there was 3 small packet milk in the fridge that was over flowing with ice from the small ice box,4 sugars,small tv like a computer screen,and in the bathroom the hot water for the spa bath was terrible!,it took 40 minutes to fill and by the time it was full it was luke warm!, this is the second time we have booked a motel through Booked.net and a very nasty experience yet we have paid very good money for both motel hotel stays! we will not be booking one again through Booked.net and will make it known so other people do not have this horrible experience.

This hotel on the outskirts of town exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient, situated on the side of the main road but surprisingly not noisy. I loved that I could hear the soothing sound of ocean waves at night. The spacious room had everything I needed, including a full kitchen with all the amenities and a cozy sitting area. The room was impeccably clean, and I appreciated the small touches like a French press with coffee and milk in the fridge. The highlight was the tremendous shower/tub, providing a luxurious bathing experience. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The only minor issue I encountered was the TV reception, which can be a common problem in this area. However, this didn't hinder my overall positive experience at this hotel.

It was more than adequate for our needs and the girls (10, 12 and 14) really enjoyed the experience.

great stay in Greymouth at this motel, staff went above and beyond with excellent service, comfy beds, clean rooms, and useful recommendations for dining and activities. The swimming pool and kids' playground were a bonus, and being close to the beach was delightful. Our four-night stay was enjoyable with regular room cleaning and friendly staff.

Bathroom door wouldn't stay shut.

It had a room that could accomodate a familly of 4 with 2 seperate bedrooms. Also the electric heating pads in the beds was a nice feature.

my wife felt it had a "musty" odour to it. Not real bad but enough for her to comment.

The only thing i notice was the rooms smelt musty, lying in the bed next to the wall it had a strong musty smell.

It was exceptionally clean and the location was suitable for us. The male owner was most helpful.

I found the motel to smell of damp/musty/mildew, as though the walls or foundations had wet rot. The smell was very strong when the unit was closed up during our absences.
